Our supporters provided £100,000 to build a training facility at the N&N. The fully-equipped rooms are designed for classroom presentations and practical training sessions.
You’ve funded specialist training equipment, including a simulator for epidurals. Staff can confidently practise their skills before treating patients.
Louise Cooper was working as a Diagnostic Radiographer in the Breast Imaging Unit when she began her Master’s Degree in Breast Evaluation, funded by our supporters. After completing her Degree, Louise has now taken up her dream role – becoming a Consultant Radiographer.
We sponsor two annual awards for excellence – Team of the Year and Trainee of the Year. Awards are presented at a special event held at Norwich City Football Club where staff from across the Trust are invited to celebrate each other’s achievements and hard work.
Your donations fund meals for all staff working at our hospitals on Christmas or New Year’s Day, and provide special treats for teams working over the Christmas break. Our hospital staff are always there for every member of the community, so we do all we can to support their dedication.
