Your generous support has helped us to enhance Cromer Hospital, creating new facilities, funding extra clinics, and transforming the hospital environment. This all means that patients in North Norfolk can visit their local hospital for more treatments, rather than travelling to the N&N.
Your donations are bringing exciting new opportunities to North Norfolk.
We were able to fund a Research Project Manager, who looked at the possibility of carrying out research in North Norfolk. When this was successful, this led to further funding for specific research projects involving PhD students and patients in North Norfolk, in partnership with the University of East Anglia.
Thanks to an incredible gift left in a will, pregnant people will now be able to have their midwife appointments in Cromer.

Thanks to you, we supported the creation of a dedicated cancer centre at Cromer Hospital. Local patients can now receive cancer treatment closer to home, reducing some of the stress and cost of travelling to Norwich.
We funded additional nurse-led clinics to increase appointment availability and local convenience, which includes the Heart Failure Nurse Specialist Clinic, and Advance Care Planning as part of the Breathlessness Clinics.
The Mardle Café at Cromer Hospital offers more space and more choice – offering hot and cold food for patients, visitors and staff. It opened in December 2022, funded by our charity with your generous donations. All proceeds from the café are reinvested into further improvements at Cromer Hospital, so every coffee supports better care!
